This customer needed something special for a Halloween party for kids at the mall where she worked. The children loved this costume and so did she! Complete with puffy leggings for an illusion of rainbow boots, this colorful costume was the hit of the party. This custom costume is actually a blouse, skirt with straps and of course the "boot" leggings. The handsewn "rainbow" belt (attached to the skirt) completes this outfit with Rainbow Brites signiture touch.
